2. Your Involvement Is Required
The results described on this page are only achievable when the contractor actively participates in the process. To get the most from working with CSMG, you must:
- Answer your leads quickly. Speed-to-lead is critical. Leads that aren't contacted quickly go cold.
- Show up to booked estimates on time. No-shows and late arrivals damage your close rate and our ability to deliver.
- Close jobs professionally. We deliver the opportunities. Closing is up to you.
- Maintain consistent communication with our team. Respond to check-ins, share feedback, and keep us informed of pipeline changes.
- Provide accurate pricing and availability. If you're out of service area or over-budget, we can't match leads to your business.
- Keep your calendar up to date. Missed bookings due to outdated availability are your responsibility.
Marketing brings opportunities to your door. You still have to walk through them. If you are not prepared to do the work on your side, CSMG is not the right fit for your business.
3. What We Do and Don't Guarantee
Our performance guarantee — where applicable and included in your service agreement — refers strictly to the number of pre-qualified estimate appointments booked on your calendar within the specified window.
We do not guarantee:
- Any specific revenue, sales, or profit figures
- Any specific number of closed jobs
- Any specific return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Results on any specific day, week, or month without sufficient ramp-up time
- Identical outcomes to any case study or testimonial shown
4. Factors Outside Our Control
Your results depend on many factors that are outside of CSMG's control, including (but not limited to): the state of your local economy, seasonal demand in your niche, pricing relative to competitors, your online reputation, your website and branding, your sales ability, your internal follow-up processes, your speed in responding to leads, platform algorithm changes (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and ad-account approval status.

CSMG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google LLC, GoHighLevel, or any other third-party service referenced on this site. All trademarks, service marks, and logos shown on this page belong to their respective owners.
